we used the term "recruiter" in a boarder sense they can be "executive recruiter", "talent agent", "employment recruiter", "employment service", "executive search agency", "head hunter", "temporary agency", "temporary service" or any person directly or indirectly looking to hire/find placement for candidates or looking to fill a open job requirement(s).

Our goal is to open the site of all the users however we want to open the site in phases the first phase is for users engaged in recurring activities. Once the platform is stabilized we will open to others users.

Currently we allow only 20 profiles to be in featured profile list we base it on the how effectively the profile owner uses our system and other factors like reputation of organization, number of active postings, number of friends etc.
Our general guide lines

• Members who post jobs and resume  given preferences
• Members who refer others  would definitely  given additional credit

Find the member you want to connect then click the contact me button you will be required to select the type of relationship you want to maintain and then send the invitation to the user.
The member you contacted will have to approve your invitation .

Screen name will be your name that will be visible to other users, users can see your full name only if you add them to your contact list.

We allow messaging between contacts only you probably have no contacts and hence won’t be able to send message.

Creating “COF” Groups are easy just follow the Create a group button. Moderators can invite members in his/her contact list to join the group.

After you login Click “Home”  menu tab that should provide the following submenu
Home || Edit Profile || Moderated Groups || My Contacts || My Groups ||..

  Moderated groups :- will Show the groups where you are the moderator.
  MY Groups :- will show the private groups where you have membership including your moderated groups
  And of course
  My Contacts :- will show you all your contacts

Follow these 3  simple  steps
Step 1.  Add the candidate profile to  crootpad
Step 2. Search for the job and open the job
Step 3. Submit  the candidate to job with rate and notes if necessary. Our workflow notification will send an alert to the  user who posted the job automatically.

Definitely, add the candidate and there is an option to de-activate the profile that would make it private and will not appear in search results and once you are ready activate the profile for releasing it to public make sure to refresh the dates.

First step is to go back to your active candidate list open the particular candidate profile in add/update mode. Now you should see on the right hand side all the added/applied for the candidate including the one you just added above.
Open the job you can contact the job poster for more info or you can recall the resume if wanted.

Step 3. Add the job to the candidate profile . Our workflow notification will send an alert to the  user who posted the candidate automatically.
Note :The job poster can remove the candidate from short list in that case you will see a message and the “*” appended to the job id.

First step is to go back to your active job list open the particular job  in add/update mode. Now you should see on the right hand side all the candidates applied for that job including the one you just added above. 
Open the job you can contact the candidate  poster for more info or you can remove the candidate from shortlist.
Note :The candidate holder can recall resume in that case you will see a message about the resume being recalled and the “*” appended to the profile id

The first step would be to add the candidate to crootpad.com with the split fee check box marked along with the percentage and notes. Once the candidate is added other recruiters will add the candidate to their jobs or you could submit candidate for positions that are open with other recruiters. In either case users will be alerted via our alert service and the users has the ability to recall / remove from short list .
We provide features for contacting the parties’ right from the pages where the candidate/jobs applied that makes communication easier. Once the parties agree on terms they can confirm the agreement outside of the system which give flexibility for our users.

Many uses have asked us for agreements to be kept as a part of the process we are looking to accommodate that.

User C  :- Adds  candidate profile [PROF_1] on  crootpad.com

USER A :- Searches and finds    candidate [PROF_1]  for the job posted
 :-  added candidate [PROF_1] to the job
 :- Work flow will notify user C about the addition details
 :- USER A can go back to the job posting and manage the candidate(s)
USER C :- Can check the jobs applied for the candidate and manage submissions
  :-  can search for more jobs finds [JOB_2]
  :- submits candidate [PROF_1] for JOB_2
  :- Work flow will notify user B about the candidate submission
  :- USER C can go back to the job and manage the candidates
USER B :- Can check  the candidates applied for JOB_2 and manage candidates
:-  added candidate [PROF_1] to the job 
:- Work flow will notify user C about the  addition details

Based on the activities of the member on the site, members accumulate points and we add these points to our CARE Bank. As soon as these points cross 1 million we assign a monetary value to the points and provide a check to an accredited charity that helps towards our mission.
